Granite Signs a Wave of Leases Totaling 198,000 SF at its Class-A+ Office Buildings in Atlanta

Law firm, Womble Bond Dickinson, signed a long-term lease for 27,733 square feet at Midtown Union. The firm will relocate in Q2 2024 from 271 17^th Street NW in Atlantic Station. Brooke Dewey and Adam Viente of JLL represented Granite, and Taylor Senter of Newmark represented Womble Bond Dickinson.
