Midtown Union Wins NAIOP Georgia 2022 Award of Excellence for Office Development of the Year

NAIOP Georgia’s Office Development of the Year went to @graniteproperties for Midtown Union. This vertical mixed-use office building combines both 32,000sf of retail and 600,000sf of office in one tower. The project also includes 355 residential units, a 14 story hotel, and a rooftop amenity deck as part of a three building project.
